Vincent Alran (Avignon, 1964) is a French artist known for his bohemian style and vivid palette. Based in Montmartre, Paris, his work combines Mediterranean influences with contemporary painting.

His artistic approach is non-academic and strongly connected to travel and Mediterranean light. He uses essential graphic lines against flat, colourful backgrounds.

Recurring subjects include bulls, gypsy culture, landscapes of southern France and scenes of relaxed everyday life. In 1987 he won the European exhibition in Nîmes, where one of his works was acquired by the city’s Museum of Contemporary Art.

Alran has exhibited internationally, including presentations in Paris at Villa Planeix–Le Corbusier, Brussels at Galerie Molière and New York at the New Music Seminar. His works are represented in international collections.
