The truth is that Giulio D’Amico was born among oil colours, alcohol and tobacco. The son of a painter, he grew up finding refuge in drawing before experimenting with street art.

Over time, painting became the most natural and powerful means through which he could represent emotions and inner turmoil.

Despite his strong admiration for various artists from both contemporary and classical traditions, his essential need remains to express himself freely and unconventionally, attempting to represent everything he feels as it flows: rich, direct and sincere.
