Giulia Di Filippi is an Italian contemporary artist known for an experimental approach to painting and sculpture. Her artistic training developed at the Academy of Fine Arts, where she refined both her technical skills and her visual sensitivity.
Her practice uses a range of materials including wood, ceramic and paper, and explores themes connected to nature, the human figure and memory. Her works investigate the boundary between the visible and the invisible, with particular attention to transformation and the fluidity of objects and forms.
Di Filippi often works through abstraction, combining tradition with contemporary research. She has exhibited in galleries and public spaces in Italy and abroad, and her work invites viewers to reflect on the relationship between the individual, nature and memory.
