Mr. Savethewall is an Italian contemporary artist known for his distinctive approach to street art. Born in Como, his real name is Pierpaolo Perretta. Although his work is influenced by graffiti techniques, he deliberately avoids using urban walls as permanent canvases, preferring movable and reusable supports such as canvas, cardboard and wood.
This choice reflects both a respect for public space and a desire to make art accessible without damaging the urban environment. His works are marked by a strong critical and ironic tone, addressing consumerism, politics and contemporary society through a visual language that combines pop imagery and familiar cultural symbols.
