SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping methods

We ship exclusively by insured express courier. Insurance is included in the shipping charge and covers the full value of the artwork. You are fully protected against theft or damage that may occur during transit. Before accepting the parcel, please make sure that it is intact and not wet. We recommend accepting the delivery with reservation.

Shipping costs and delivery times within Italy
For Italy, shipping costs €12.00 for purchases up to €99.00; for purchases over €250.00, shipping is free.

If the artwork is framed or particularly fragile, it will be shipped in special packaging. In this case, an additional cost may apply and delivery times may be longer. You can email us before completing your order if you would like clarification. Delivery time within Italy is approximately 3 working days.

International shipping costs and delivery times

For international orders, shipping costs depend on the destination country. You can obtain an estimate through the website cart or email us for a quotation. Before payment, you will see a summary of the shipping costs. Shipping costs calculated through the website cart and/or communicated in our quotation do not include any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country. Delivery within the European Union generally takes 4 to 8 working days; delivery to countries outside the EU generally takes 5 to 20 working days.

What to do if the artwork arrives damaged
When the express courier delivers the artwork, first check that the parcel is not broken or wet. We recommend accepting the delivery with reservation. If, after opening the parcel, the artwork is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photographs showing the damage.

Returns

If the artwork is not as you expected and you wish to return it, you may do so within 10 days of the delivery date. Email us at info@fanciulliart.com or call +39 392 144 5309. We will send you a Return Authorisation Form by email; without this form, your return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You must then carefully repack the artwork and send it to: Fanciulli Art, Via Pontinia 19, 04100 Latina (LT), Italy. Shipping costs and risks are your responsibility. Once the return has reached our warehouse, we will issue the refund within 10 days of receiving the artwork.
